1. The filling, storage, transportation, use and inspection of cylinders shall strictly comply with the provisions of TSG 23-2021 “Gas Cylinder Safety Technical Supervision Regulations”.
2, 2, the filling must be carried out by qualified filling units, and before filling, it should be determined that the gas cylinder is within the inspection validity period. After filling, the user should carefully proofread the filling record, and overloading is strictly prohibited.
3, the cylinder should be filled from the bottle valve under the specified state.
4. The solid bottle of bottled gas should be placed and properly fixed when transporting it. Light loading and unloading and strictly prohibited throwing, sliding, rolling, touching, bumping, knocking. Electromagnetic cranes and chain ropes are strictly prohibited.
5. When storing bottled gas in solid bottles, the temperature in the storage space shall not exceed 40 ° C, otherwise cooling measures such as spraying should be used. Empty and solid bottles should be stored separately; It should be stored in separate chambers with toxic gases. The storage area shall be clearly marked.
6, the cylinder must be used upright and away from open flame and not close to heat sources and electrical equipment. Operating temperature -40 ~ 60℃. The gas in the bottle can not be used up, and there must be no less than 0.5% to 1% of the remaining gas.
7. When installing the regulator, check whether the sealing ring on the regulator is intact. After the regulator is tightened, check the connection between the regulator and the bottle valve with soapy water to ensure that there is no air leakage.
8, if found gas leakage, should immediately open the doors and Windows to ventilate, do not ignite, do not switch electrical equipment or use telephones, mobile phones, to prevent explosion and fire accidents.
9, in the event of a fire accident, the bottle valve should be closed immediately, and the cylinder should be transferred to the outdoor open place to prevent explosion.
10. It is strictly prohibited to invert the solid bottle filled with gas to the empty bottle or other gas cylinder. Do not handle cylinder residue yourself.
11. It is strictly prohibited to change the steel seal mark or color of the cylinder without permission.
12, the design life of the cylinder is 20 years.
13, please check the cylinder in the service life according to the inspection cycle. It is strictly prohibited to use cylinders that exceed the inspection cycle and design service life. If serious corrosion or damage is found during use, or if there is doubt about its safety and reliability, it should be inspected in advance. Cylinders that are in stock and out of service for more than one inspection cycle should be inspected before use.
